Well my computer hasn't been working for quite a while so i am taking this opportunity straight away-I have noticed that there has not been all that much activity and i cant do much as am very busy- so here is an Advert....

Ok here are some GIG Dates of a band Called Epicure who just release their new album The Goodbye Girl and if you see it is worth buying-If you have difficulty finding it-on the "Costal Chill "Cd Epicure feature with one of there best songs Life Sentance" which of the top of my head is about track 2 or 3.

Epicure has supported bands such and singers such as.....Pete Murray, The Beautiful Girls, Xavier Rudd, The Whitlams and Monique Brumby. Also Epicure Played at the 2004 Big Day Out -which i got to see them play in Melbourne-awesome.

If you see any albums of singles buy them or even better see the chance to see them live-DO IT

Members Rules-

A) No inappropriate behaviour by members will be tolerated under the Clubs Name. This means PLEASE
i) No offensive comments,
ii) No arguing between members ect
iii) No Member is to insult other member’s choices in music.
iv) Hand out the Passwords
v) Change Journal Entries (Journals are for the Admin to Communicate to you)
vi) Do not read the NOTES section, as they generally involve some sort of administrative peruse
vii) To attempt to “Hijack” the Club. We can get the password changed back and then no one will be able to Post.

B) Please. No member is to Submit any works that:
i) Contain Offensive contents such as Nudity, Offensive Language ect
ii) Have been “ripped”
iii) If you take a photo from a Web site or other member you MUST have the appropriate permission of the original artist or owner and you MUST credit them.
iv) Nothing that could jeopardise the status of the Club (Don’t get us banned basically)

So basically it all amounts down to the Deviant Art Policies with a Few extras. We do not wish to come off as “Tight” but these rules have been set in place to keep the Club out of trouble and running. After all it is YOUR club.


Admin Rules

A) No one is to make a decision for the Club without talking to one of the other Admin first. If the change is going to happen it must be seconded (another words someone (just has to be one (excluding you) has to say yes to it)
B) Anything small like the Addition of Members can be handled individually. Journal entries may also be updated without permission from another Administrative staff.
C) If you decide to evict someone from the club you must have the permission to do so by all Members of the Admin. Hopefully this will not need to happen.
D) If an Argument is to Arise between members, the admin have a responsibility to step in and Mediate and try and resolve the problem for both parties involved (within reason). If an Argument is to Arise between Admin and Member we will have to find another Deviant to mediate who has no relation to either parties.
E) To add, remove or Change rules, all admin must agree to the rule.


**This is not a rule but all admin should have each other’s contact addresses (personal email accounts ect) to keep in contact.**

Basically

All minor changes ranging from, membership of Members up to Journal Entries and Advertising can be done individually.

All moderate things such as, decisions as to change the Avatar or Club information must be seconded.

All Major things such as Club Image and The Expulsion of Members (where necessary and only as a last resort)

Act basically as you see appropriate.
